If you are having your breakfast and easily vomit, or of a fragile disposition stop looking now!
I have completed the Not so Great North Run.
Thanks Everyone for Your Support.
On the 9th December 2012. I did the "Not So Great North Run" in North London. A Half Marathon (13.104 miles = 21.1km) with a Twist. I did this on a cross trainer, which is set to do a maximum time of 90 min and a maximum stride of 25 inches, limiting you to about 12 minutes a mile. So 7.82 miles in 90 mins + 5.39 miles in 63 minutes so 13.21 miles straight after each other.
In response to a Blogger comment, I did the whole thing in a Santa hat and in response to the offer of extra sponsorship, I did the whole thing in a mankini...Borat-style with a twist.........So money where your mouth is!

Well thanks to the generosity so far I have raised about £100 (including gift-aid) for every kilo of weight that I have lost during this process.
Still a Little Way to Go for Sponsorship, and a Long way for the Weight Loss, So for those of you who said you would sponsor me, please help a good cause.

There was not too much vomiting behind me, but not a pretty sight I'll grant you.

Yes I have lost about 20kg (44 pounds or over 3 stone) since I started training after the Paralympics, so thanks for helping me lose some pounds (lbs) whilst raising a few pounds (£).

I know money is tight so even a quid (one pound) will be appreciated. Thanks
